Does it have to be couches?

Nope! Couches is specific to my skills, tools, and market demands. The only lessons that wouldn't be helpful are the lifting and loading lessons. Everything else is worth replicating, regardless of the selling category.​
What about bed bugs?

5 years in I’ve never seen them. But I’ll teach you how to look for them while we look for the actual issues like structural issues and undisclosed pet stains.

What if I can’t lift a couch by myself?

Don’t worry about that, those lifts are just for the gram. Every pickup/delivery I’m making sure there’s a helper on their end. When you’re solo we use a variety of dollys and sliders to keep you safe. If you can carry in a stubborn load of groceries from the car - you’re good.

What if I live in a small town and there isn’t much inventory?

Smells like opportunity! That’s my situation too. I’m usually driving 40-90 minutes down the highway to the wealthier neighborhoods to buy.

What if I don’t have a truck or trailer?

I didn’t either. I borrowed until I could rent, and rented until I could buy. Still don’t have a truck!
